Privacy Policy

OSINT Base is an invite-only research platform. This policy explains what we store and why.

What we collect

• Account details you provide: username and, optionally, an email address.
• Security logs: your searches, the source used, your IP address, and timestamps.
• Usage counters used to enforce your weekly search allowance.

How we use it

• To operate the console and route queries to the connected intelligence sources.
• To enforce access limits and protect the platform from abuse.
• To review activity for security and to investigate misuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Search terms you submit are sent to the third-party source you query (VirusTotal, LeakPeek or IntelX) so it can return results. Their handling of that data is governed by their own policies.

Retention & security

Logs are kept only as long as needed for security and limit enforcement. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Administrators can view platform activity.
